01 / FOUNDATION

CRM RESET & REVENUE SYSTEM BUILD

Build a system that scales past today’s team.

A fixed-fee reset focuses on the part of your operation causing the most missed follow-up, unclear ownership, or wasted effort.

30

DAY TARGETWorking first version for a focused Follow Up Boss reset

01

Diagnose and define

Trace the lead journey, identify the highest-cost bottleneck, and set priorities, deliverables, and exclusions.

02

Configure the priority workflows

Build the scoped routing, follow-up, database, or reporting changes that make ownership and next actions clear.

03

Launch and hand off

Test the new workflow, train the people who use it, and document the working standards.

02 / CONTINUITY

ONGOING REVOPS & AUTOMATION

Maintain accountability as the operation changes.

Ongoing support follows a monthly priority list and defined capacity, so the work stays useful and predictable.

MONTHLY SCOPEDefined priorities and support capacity

01

Set the monthly priorities

Choose the workflows, reporting needs, or cleanup work that matter most within the monthly support capacity.

02

Review and improve

Use scheduled system-health checks to repair priority issues and tune selected workflows as the operation changes.

03

Scope larger work separately

New integrations, migrations, and major rebuilds receive their own estimate before work begins.

TYPICAL INVESTMENT

Know the likely range before you book.

CRM resets are fixed-fee engagements. Final pricing reflects database size and condition, pipeline and lead-source count, integrations, automation complexity, reporting requirements, team size, training, and documentation.

Your proposal will identify what is included, what is excluded, and how additional work will be handled before the engagement begins.

For an individual agent cleaning up old contacts, the core pipeline, and basic nurture.

$3,000–$6,000

For shared stages, lead routing, action plans, working views, and team standards.

SMALL-BROKERAGE RESET

$6,000–$12,000

For multiple lead sources, more complex ownership, lifecycle rules, and reporting.

SOLO OR SMALL-TEAM SUPPORT

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Before we get under the hood.

Every engagement starts by understanding the current operation, not forcing a preset package.

01What condition does our CRM need to be in?+

Most conditions. Some engagements begin with a functional CRM that needs refinement; others start with years of inconsistent stages, tags, and automations. We begin by assessing what is still useful and what is creating friction. Heavily customized, migration-heavy, or poorly documented systems may require a phased engagement or a separately scoped first stage.

02Will we need to change platforms?+

Usually not. Vytis specializes in making Follow Up Boss and HubSpot work better. If the platform itself is truly the constraint, we will explain why before recommending a move.

03Do you train the team?+

Yes. Launch includes a clear handoff, practical guidance, and shared working standards for the people using the new workflow.

04How is client data handled?+

Client data is never sold or used for unrelated purposes. Access is limited to what is required for the scope of work. If a backup, temporary export, or connected tool is needed, it will be handled only with client authorization and according to the engagement’s data-handling terms.

05What is included in ongoing support?+

Each retainer has an agreed monthly priority list and defined support capacity. New integrations, migrations, major rebuilds, and work outside that scope are quoted separately.
